We understand that technical issues can be frustrating, and while we are unable to provide direct assistance with computer-specific problems due to the wide variety of systems, we do have some general recommendations that might help. Please ensure that your computer's software is up to date and that you have a stable internet connection. To avoid storage issues, consider downloading the files to a DVD, SD card, or flash drive. When downloading to your computer, be sure to note where the files are being saved, as our system allows for a maximum of 10 downloads. Additionally, ensure you have a compatible application to play the videos. We recommend using VLC Media Player, which is compatible with both PC and Mac systems.
