For digital downloads, please note that we have a 30-day limited refund policy. Refunds are available for digital products that have not been downloaded. Once a digital product is marked as downloaded or opened, we are unable to issue a refund due to the non-returnable nature of these items.

For physical products, we offer a 30-day money-back policy, provided that the items are unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included on the label of your returned package. Please be aware that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items, and original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
